• Valve stem surface roughness keep within Ra0.4µm, Which makes a good combination with valve stem oil seal and reduce the oil that leak into cylinder
• We adopt the process of welding wear-resistent alloy on sealing section and small end , in order to improve the valve service life
• After undertake fine grinding, the jumpingness of sealing surface can keep within 0.03mm, which can ensure valve sealing ability . and we have to take 100% gas sealinging ability inspection before dispatch. All of these ensure the stable engine motivity.
