which carbon potential is controlled with the help of obey-probe system, having zirconisum sensor. The probe is working in conjuction with M.V. controller to have maximum accuracy of carbon potential on the component.
Honing
The roughness of inner hole surfaxe is lower than Ra0.2 with a cross pattern. This ensures proper lubrication in the inside diameter and reduces the friction between connecting and bearing. We use the most advanced automatic chamber there are there for
the heat treatment process. This not only guarantees, but also ensures the cementite thickness, which do improve the useful life time of a connecting rod.
Crank pin
The roughness of surface is lower than Ra 0.1 and Reduces the friction between crank pin and bearing.
The angle is smooth and without an edge. It ensures the crank pin doesn’t damage the crankcase during assembly.
