Why our camshaft more durable?
We adapt advanced chill-casting technique to from a wearable layer at the camshaft. Our metallographic structure is as follows –wear-resistant layer B, cast iron body C. While a poor quality camshaft has only microstructure C, so its Wear Resistance is poor and service life is short

Our convex circular deviation is kept within ±0.02mm to the theoretical design value ,thus ensures a precise value open/ close Timing.
Roughness
The convex surface roughness is lower than Ra0.04 to reduce friction with rocker arm
Top Hardness
Hardness at the cam top reaches 48~55HRC which effectively extends its service life
